Comprehensive Childcare Associates is proud to announce our new collaboration with Dr. Kerri Duncan of HART 4 Autism.

Dr. Duncan is an Autism Specialist and Certified ADOS-2 Examiner. She will be bringing her services to our North Port and Sarasota office locations. Her services will be open to the public, making our office the only clinician group in the area that provides in-house ADOS-2 assessments. Dr. Duncan takes a very personalized approach and will handle all appointment scheduling and billing for her provided assessments.

Get to know Dr. Kerri Duncan:

Kerri Duncan has been in the field of education for the past 30+ years. She has an undergraduate degree in elementary and special education, graduate degrees in educational administration and a doctorate in special education with a minor in autism. She has also been a board-certified behavior analyst since 2005.

Kerri has been a teacher, special ed director, principal and independent owner of Rivendale Center for Autism in the state of Missouri prior to relocating to Englewood in 2013. Kerri became interested specifically in the field of autism in 1995 where she was chosen to start the Southwest Missouri Autism project, a grant through the Department of Mental Health and the Judevine Center for Autism. This is where her passion for the field of autism began and grew to where she is today.

This passion for educating children and families continues to motivate Kerri to provide quality programs to those whose lives are affected by autism. At this time, Kerri is the President and CEO of Hart 4 Autism, an agency geared towards helping families with Functional Behavior Assessments, program development, Parent Coaching, professional development and ADOS-2 Diagnostic assessments which is now a required evaluation for children to be diagnosed as having autism.
